Melted Lipsticks | Review & Giveaway

GIVEAWAY alert! Right in the bottom of this post... But first, let me tell you a little story... When I first saw the Too Faced Melted Liquefied Long Wear Lipsticks at Sephora, my heart just melted at first sight. I swatched ALL the available collection in my hand and woow, everything was so stunning: the colours, the smoothness, the smell, the applicator... This was just before Christmas so I decided "I'll buy one of them as a Christmas gift from me to myself!" and so I bought the Ruby one! I used it a lot and, right after Christmas, I decided to give myself another gift and bought the Sugar one.

Too Faced Melted Liquefied Long Wear Lipstick "Ruby"
Shade - a beautiful and vibrant bloodish red, medium-dark cherry red with pinky undertones
Finish - it's a glossy shade but still, it has a rich and intense pigmentation so it has a satin finish
Texture - the texture is of a liquid lipstick, slightly glossy
Longevity - this shade stays in my lips forever, even after eating and talking and drinking a lot! After using if for some hours, it will lose that glossy finish and will look like a matte lipstick
Packaging - just beautiful. It's super simple and intuitive! Another bonus, the scent of it! The squeeze tube is made of matted rubber and it's super easy to squeeze the product out. The twist on cap is made of a matted rubber as well
Application - the "precise tip applicator" that comes with the product is ok, I was able to apply the product in the majority of the lips although I find it a little bit hard to fulfil the edges because of its slippery texture
Price - it costs about 20€/21$
Overall - this is a great formula with a great shade. One of the bests, I must say, so it totally worth the hype. My rate for this lipstick is 4.2/5

Shade - a "neutral nude", medium beige with warm undertones with a huge pigmentation
Finish - opaque and with a satin-matte finish
Texture - super smooth on the lips
Longevity - this shade has a shorter longevity on the lips. When your first apply it, it has a glossy effect but after a short period of time, it will look alike a matte lipstick. After using it, I feel my lips more dryer than usual
